The CORE of Fall Protection (Hybrid Edition)

What would happen if you took all the information we gathered from teaching thousands of safety courses and analysed it?
Then added professional instructors feedback and thousands of students feedback?
This is exactly how we created our Hybrid course.

Hybrid cars? Sure, but Hybrid Education?

Safety education cannot only be theory. You have to tell me, then show me, then let me show you.

The theory will tell you the CORE parts of daily Fall Protection, taking you on a journey of discovery, and designated to ensure your understanding of every piece of knowledge you’ll encounter. We have used modern, state of the art, software to create this part of our hybrid education. This interactive journey is built in modules, and each module has numerous parts where the student will have to answer questions, have a conversation, click an image, move an object, or in many other ways interact with the software. These are not a pass/fail, they are part of learning, and they’re meant to give you info right in the course, before actually going to work at heights. At the end of each module there is a knowledge check that is graded, kept on file, and – if not answered correctly – it will be reviewed 1-on-1 with an instructor.

Anyone who’s worked, supervised, or just observed Work at Heights will agree that a theory-only course for such a topic is definitely not enough. This is why it had to be Hybrid. Once you successfully finish the theory part of the course you will go through our practical training and assessment.
We come to you or you come to us after your theory is done. You’ll do the 1-on-1 review with our competent instructor, then you will perform a series of tasks that are common when working at heights, and will be evaluated on how well you do these tasks. We will give you some tips and tricks to help you have a better understand of fall protection equipment and systems, and at the end decide if you have gained the knowledge from the course.

Hybrid allows you to learn the theory at you own pace, at home, at the office, or anywhere there’s internet. Then with practical training and evaluation, you complete the journey.

For learners, Hybrid provides the most one on one time.

This Hybrid course does not provide credits for NCSO designation. Applicants for NCSO designation must attend our full day classroom training.
