About us

A company full of energy and on the rise…

With a great team of professionals

Our Story

In 1999 a handful of people were introduced to each other.  They all had a background in workplace safety product distribution and shared a passion for helping the users of the products understand how to properly use the gear.  The person who introduced everyone had a mission.  His son had been seriously injured in a workplace fall and he found out the reason was that the employer had no supervision and provided no training for his son.  A plan was made to take the distribution of safety products and combine it with the knowledge needed to use the products properly.  The plan worked and for the next 15 years the group grew until it had offices coast to coast.

In 2014 one of the members of the group from 1999 set out and started We the Safe Inc.  He was introduced to a new group of leaders in safety.  The result is a team that has a very diverse background in education, management, distribution, and web-based applications combined with a common passion for workplace safety.

The bold name clearly identifies the new group.  We believe that all workers need to be aware of the hazards and how to control them.  We take a holistic approach to making this happen.

  1. We provide consulting services that include planning and creating visuals to highlight hazards and controls
  2. We complete hazard assessments and write procedures to perform tasks following regulations, manufacturers instructions and best habits.
  3. We distribute safety products
  4. We train workers, supervisors, and owners on how to work safely and how to manage safety
  5. We perform routine workplace safety inspections complete with suggested corrective actions
  6. We create Occupational Health and Safety Programs for companies to follow

Most of all we love what we do, and our passion is easy to see.  We are an extension of our clients and of every worker that deals with hazardous work areas.
