Understand the Fall Protection Hierarchy of Controls

Know the ABCs of Fall Protection

Learn compatibility – Not everything goes well together

Understand suspension comfort and rescue considerations

Ladder safety – how to choose, inspect and safely use ladders

Delivered in interactive modules with activities such as: Answering questions, Engaging in conversations, Clicking images, Moving objects, Other interactive tasks

In Person Practical Component: 

Begins after successful completion of theory

1-on-1 review with a competent instructor

Inspect fall protection gear – Hundreds of items; some new, some experienced and some critically flawed.

Correct use different fall protection systems – Physically setup restraint and arrest systems using a diverse array of equipment.

This Hybrid course does not provide credits for NCSO designation. Applicants for NCSO designation must attend our full day classroom training.

Duration:

8 hours of curriculum

Course material:

Students will be using an interactive password protected learning platform

Logistics:

Theory done online and booked through contact us page

Practical Assessment can be provided at client’s facility, however some hands on exercises may have to be modified.

We provide harnesses and fall protection equipment for educational purposes, you can bring yours to make sure it fits properly or contact us for purchase

There are written quizzes per chapter with a minimum passing mark of 80%

Upon successful completion eCards will be issued to individuals, and QR Tags and hardhat stickers will be issued to individuals.
