A group learning experience that has each member uncover the responsibilities of being a supervisor. Created by a team that has experience in all elements of supervision, behavior based safety and safety management systems.

Students are provided with a comprehensive digital book that includes forms and lessons used in course.
Logistics:
Courses are available in Burnaby or at client’s facility
Open Enrollment class once a month in Burnaby
Snacks and beverages provided if at Burnaby facility
There are written quizzes per chapter with a minimum passing mark of 60%
Upon successful completion, eCards will be issued to the employer, and QR Tags and hardhat stickers will be issued to individuals.
