Regulations state  - "Every employer must ensure that regular inspections are made of all workplaces, including buildings, structures, grounds, excavations, tools, equipment, machinery and work methods and practices, at intervals that will prevent the development of unsafe working conditions."

Work place inspections

1. 1. Daily inspections include photographic evidence, scoring of observations and requirement to close any noncompliance
   2. Formal inspections include pre set profiles that align with the employers scope of work, prompting the inspector to check the high risk and common hazards and collect evidence of OHS Program implementation

Task and equipment inspections

• 1. Used for specific tasks or location – a template or custom list of items to confirm with photographic evidence
  2. Used for tools and equipment – profiles allow for technical instructions, engineering to be attached.  A custom list is used to confirm and photographic evidence is gathered
  3. We have in house waterproof sticker printing for QR codes and in house permanent metal tagging with QR codes – once set up it is as easy as taking a picture 

All inspections use date/ time stamping and signature bars.  Completed inspections are secured once completed.
